We often reccomend the Mini as a great place to start. the smaller size makes it a little easier to get spinning. Any style, however, is fine for all levels of play. Once you get good you will likely develop a preference.

Yes, all Mougee-star products, including Flow Stars, Z-Stix, and Flower Sticks, are designed for both indoor and outdoor play. Classic Flow Star is a little heavier which makes it less susceptible to wind. But Any Mougee is good for indoors or out.

Yes, the Z-Stix are designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. The perfect beginner stick for kids is the Kidstix. For evryone else we reccomend the Mosquito size. The larger sizes are for more advanced players that have developed a preference for a larger stick.
